HP GRAPHIC ARTS

A 'WHERE TO' PROJECT

I have worked with HP Graphics Arts for years,
all over the US as well as Asia and Australia.

Which mobile app should be developed for print shop owners? The global marketing team needed to decide. 

I pulled together the views of the different  teams worldwide and then facilitated a user experience workshop for key team members from San Diego, New York, Israel and Barcelona.

An amazingly talented investor was humble enough to realise that he could be a better leader if he took time to think about how he was communicating. In this short course of sessions we worked on how he could make an impact in this global organisation.

A 'WHERE TO GO' PROJECT

Econcrete are a pioneer in concrete for marine use that is good for the environment. I worked with them before their  fundraising on their Go To Market Strategy and Positioning so they could show investors just how great they are. 

We spoke to stakeholders, customers and industry buffs to hear their views and then ran a series of workshops for their team.  They raised their Series A shortly afterwards.

A 'WHAT TO SAY' PROJECT

Amdocs has been transforming the global telecoms space for over 20 years. I worked with the when the group decided to launch their Omnichannel offering.  

We spoke to their customers to hear their views and then ran a workshop for their global team on go to market strategy and messaging to decide what was in and what was out.

A 'HOW TO SAY IT' PROJECT

Investor Relations is a challenge. How do you communicate with industry analysts and investors? 

This dynamic company has lots to say and this project was about getting over focused messaging to investors in this shape shifting market.

LANDA

A 'WHAT TO SAY' PROJECT

Landa Digital Printing has developed game changing printers. Both times they exhibited at Drupa - the leading industry show - they were the standout booth. 

We worked with 80 of their people on their messaging, communication and selling. No one else could have shown off those printers better.

WeWork's Leadership Team in Israel needed to get out their message both internally and externally .  They could have worked with anyone but I got to work with this talented bunch and it was a blast.
