Not Just Great Tech

Technology Geniuses. This ecosystem is full of them, many with great minds and, as we have seen recently, even greater souls. These days it their defense tech that these heroes have developed that's in the news.

I am lucky enough to get to work with them when they need to communicate the best way possible with investors, strategic partners, and customers.

Consider these different scenarios:

Stage A

You're raising funds again and this time investors will want to see how you're building the team and culture to grow global sales.

Tier 1 Enterprise Sales

You need to show the CIO and his team that customer success is not just a slogan.

The Board

In the last few meetings the American board members have suggested that the C team need to be more visible.

In all these situations people want to see and hear you show how you communicate like a leader while balancing your feelings and relationships to get to results.

Many tech stars have never really thought about their leadership communication style. They just do what they do on the basis of intuitive common sense, what they’ve seen others do or maybe some army leadership training.

All of us have blind spots. That’s why it’s worth working with somebody who can show you how to flex your style.

One thing is certain. They are all busier than ever now. But fixing this can be fast and is always the work on your desk - whether it's a pitch, prep for a challenging conversation or messaging. That's what we focus on - the work that needs doing.

I believe that tech stars can do anything better when they put their minds to it with results in fast.
